Shipping
Please allow 5-10 Business days for your goods to be packaged and shipped. It will be worth the wait! During this time, updates will not be provided on the progress of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking email after 10 business days, please send an email to info@blackskindirectory.com with your order number for support.
International shipping is available. If your location does not appear on the list at checkout, please email info@blackskindirectory.com for a direct shipping quote.
Duty/Customs Taxes
Please note that our shipping fees do not include duty/customs charges, which may be applicable to your order. Duty/customs taxes and/or fees vary per country and are the buyer's responsibility. Black Skin Directory cannot be held responsible for any tax/duty payments.

Returns
As each product is made for each drop, we are unable to accept returns unless your goods are faulty. If so, please contact info@blackskindirectory.com with pictures of the defect and your order number.
